Paid social is a creative problem now
The problem is not the platforms. Meta, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn work fine when you give them the right inputs. The problem is paid social is still being run like it is 2016: boost the post, hope for the best, report on reach.
Paid social is performance media. Measured in ROAS. Driven by creative. Tested weekly, not quarterly. Built on the assumption that the majority of ads fail and the job is to find the ones that work.
The paid social work we do best happens for clients where we already have the cross-channel data foundation in place: search intent from Google Ads, conversion signal from GA4, customer segment data from SEO and Shopping work we already manage. That signal is what makes paid social audiences and creative testing actually work, and it is hard to fake when an agency is starting from zero with a brand they have not run other channels for. If paid social is meant to run in isolation as your only channel, we will be direct about whether we are the right fit.
We have been running paid media for 17 years across $115 million+ in managed spend. Paid social specifically has been part of the practice since Facebook Ads existed. We run it the way performance media should be run, alongside our broader PPC agency work.
What success looks like

For Bathroom Sales Direct, strong ad impressions were not translating into engagement. Customers were seeing the brand but not interacting with it. We rebuilt their social campaigns with a creative-first, data-driven approach: refreshed all ad assets with new imagery and short-form video, introduced tighter audience targeting and interest segmentation, and strengthened calls-to-action across Meta platforms. The result: +86% more interactions, +34% higher click-throughs, and +55% more site visits in just 60 days, capped by a +98% lift in follower growth.
For Hi-Craft Home Improvements in Penrith, organic and paid reach had stalled despite regular posting. We rebuilt their Facebook and Instagram strategy using visually rich carousel ads and dynamic lifestyle imagery, showcasing their craftsmanship while expanding audience targeting to reach homeowners and renovators across Sydney. The result: +201% increase in clicks, +95% more site visits, and +143% growth in followers within 90 days.
Who we help
We partner with businesses across Sydney, adapting paid social strategies to fit their goals and audiences:
Why Sydney businesses choose our paid social team

Choosing a paid social agency in Sydney means finding a team that understands both the platforms and your business goals. With $115 million in managed ad spend and 17 years in digital marketing, we bring cross-channel insight that most social-only agencies cannot match.
92% client and staff retention
The strategist managing your campaigns in month one is the same person scaling them in month six. A 92% retention rate across clients and staff means no handoffs, no re-briefing, and creative teams that learn your brand deeply over time. Our clients rate us 4.8 on Google from multi-year engagements.
Creative systems that work
We do not rely on guesswork. Our campaigns are built on proven creative frameworks for TikTok hooks, Instagram Reels and LinkedIn lead magnets, ensuring ads feel native to the platform while driving measurable outcomes.
Full-funnel strategies
From brand awareness and engagement to conversions and remarketing, we design campaigns that cover the entire customer journey so no opportunity is left untapped.
Cross-channel data is the actual edge
Our edge on paid social is not the platforms, it is the data we already have on your customer when we start running ads. Search intent from Google Ads, conversion patterns from GA4, and customer segment data from SEO and Shopping work all feed into Meta and TikTok audience definitions and creative testing. Agencies that only run paid social are starting from zero on every account. We are not.
No lock-in contracts
Month-to-month from day one, with full transparency on where your ad spend goes and the results it produces. You stay because we deliver, not because you are locked in.
Social platforms we manage
The real power of paid social comes from orchestrating platforms together. TikTok builds awareness, Instagram drives engagement, Meta delivers scale, and LinkedIn captures decision-maker leads: a full-funnel strategy that converts across every journey stage.
Meta and Instagram Ads
Meta delivers unmatched audience scale and targeting precision. From Advantage+ Shopping campaigns for ecommerce growth to visually led Instagram Reels that capture attention, we create campaigns balancing awareness, engagement and conversions. See our detailed approach on our Meta Ads and Instagram advertising pages.
TikTok Ads
TikTok excels at discovery and community-driven engagement. With vertical, native video formats and algorithm-driven reach, TikTok enables brands to connect authentically with audiences through creative that feels natural. Our strategies focus on delivering the right hook to maximise impact in the first few seconds.
LinkedIn Ads
For B2B companies, LinkedIn provides direct access to decision-makers and industry professionals. Ad formats like Lead Gen Forms and Document Ads make it easy to capture high-quality leads without disrupting the user journey. LinkedIn is especially effective for brands focused on pipeline quality and long-term relationships.
Our paid social services

We provide complete paid social management combining strategy, creative, and optimisation for Sydney businesses.
Campaign strategy and setup
Every campaign begins with a clear strategy that aligns audience research, creative direction and budget with your business objectives. We map campaigns to the customer journey to address awareness, engagement and conversions.
Creative testing and iteration
We design and test ads for each platform: Instagram Reels, TikTok vertical video, carousel ads and LinkedIn Document campaigns. Weekly creative refreshes prevent fatigue and keep ads competitive.
Audience targeting and compliance
From lookalikes and remarketing loops to precise B2B targeting, we connect the right message with the right people. Campaigns are structured with Australia’s under-16 restrictions and platform compliance in mind from day one.
Conversion tracking and integration
We integrate campaigns with GA4, CRMs and offline conversion tracking to give you an accurate view of performance. This ensures you measure business outcomes like leads, revenue and pipeline, not just clicks or impressions.
Transparent reporting
Our reports highlight ROI, assisted conversions and view-through impact, providing clear insights into how paid social contributes to growth and where the next opportunities lie.
What paid social leads actually argue about
Four things keep senior paid social managers up at night, and they are not the things most agency pages talk about. They are the questions where there is no settled answer, where Meta and TikTok keep changing the rules, and where getting it wrong wastes thousands a month invisibly. Here is what we argue about internally before we argue about it with you.
Advantage+ Shopping vs manual campaign structure
Meta is pushing Advantage+ Shopping (ASC) as the default for ecommerce. For established stores with rich catalog data, it works. For smaller accounts or accounts in attribution recovery, ASC hides the levers we need to diagnose problems. We default to ASC for clients above $20K/month media spend with proven catalog feeds. Below that, manual structure with tighter creative testing wins more often. The honest answer is that ASC is a black box, and sometimes the black box is right and sometimes it is not.
Broad audiences vs interest-stacked targeting
Five years ago, interest stacking was how you ran Meta. Today, broad audiences with strong creative outperform tight interest combinations more often than not, because Meta’s algorithm is genuinely better at finding the right person than the targeting layer is. For B2B and LinkedIn, interest and job-title targeting still matter. For most ecommerce, broad+creative wins. We have had this argument with clients more times than we can count, usually after they have read an outdated blog post.
Campaign budget optimisation vs ad set budget optimisation
Meta pushes CBO (campaign-level budget). On small accounts, CBO concentrates spend on whichever ad set wins the first 24 hours, killing the testing window before data is statistically meaningful. ABO (ad set budget) is slower but produces cleaner test results. We default to ABO for accounts under $10K/month media spend and for any new creative testing sprint, regardless of account size. Once winning ad sets are identified, we move to CBO for scale. That order matters. Reverse it and you waste two weeks on noise.
Platform-reported conversions vs CRM-reconciled truth
iOS 14 broke paid social attribution. Meta-reported conversions and your CRM actual customer count diverge sometimes by 20%, sometimes by more. The argument is not which number is correct, it is which number to optimise for. Optimise for Meta’s number and you let Meta bidding logic chase phantom conversions. Optimise for the CRM number and you starve Meta of the signal it needs to find buyers. We reconcile weekly against the CRM, and feed enriched conversion data back into Meta via Conversions API so the bidding has the truth to work with.
Our paid social process

1. Discovery and audit
We begin with a review of your current campaigns, creative assets and audience data. This step uncovers quick wins and defines the KPIs that will guide performance.
2. Campaign build
Our team develops platform-native campaigns designed for scale. Each ad set is structured around your goals, from TikTok verticals to LinkedIn lead forms. Brand safety settings and compliance checks are applied immediately.
3. Optimisation and testing
We track campaigns daily and run weekly optimisation cycles. Ads are refreshed to avoid fatigue, A/B tests refine creative and audiences, and budget is shifted to the highest-performing ad sets.
4. Scaling and cross-channel growth
Once winners are identified, we scale budgets and expand targeting to reach more qualified audiences. Paid social campaigns are integrated with search advertising and web design to create a full-funnel growth strategy. You are involved here: collaborative sessions where you feed back on which creatives and audiences drive the best leads so we scale what works. Your paid social team presents a forward plan built on 12 weeks of hard data.

How we run paid social

What the first 12 weeks actually look like, from audit through to scale mode. The shape of the work is the same whether you are testing your first $2,500 spend or scaling a brand pulling six figures of monthly social spend across multiple platforms.
Audit, Attribution Rebuild, Creative Library
Full account audit across every active and archived campaign. Creative library review: we catalogue what has been run, what worked, what bombed, and what has never been tested.
We validate tracking against CRM or order data, because iOS 14 broke paid social attribution in ways a lot of accounts still have not recovered from. Server-side events via Meta Conversions API set up or fixed.
You receive a written audit with every issue flagged before we change settings.
Creative Sprint and Campaign Restructure
Creative brief tied to audience jobs-to-be-done, not brand guidelines. A creative testing sprint sized to your brand production capacity, typically 5 to 15 variants covering hooks, formats, angles, voiceovers and on-camera talent where it makes sense.
Campaign structure rebuilt around creative testing velocity, because campaign-level over-segmentation is how Meta algorithm fails to find your winning creative.
Budget allocation reworked: broader audience exploration in weeks 1 to 4, narrower in weeks 5 onwards as the data sharpens.
The Velocity Loop
New creative shipped at the cadence your brand can support, not a weekly mandate. Losers killed by day 5 post-launch. Winners scaled by day 10. Iterations on winners by day 15. The loop is the engine.
Targeting refined based on what the winning creative is telling us about who is actually buying.
Conversion tracking monitored daily against CRM reconciliation, because algorithms drift and what was accurate in week 2 may not be accurate in week 8.
Scale Mode
Budget expansion on compound winners. Lookalike and advantage-audience testing. Cross-platform coordination: Meta creative insights flowing into TikTok, TikTok creative patterns flowing back into Meta, Google Search and Shopping data feeding into audience signals.
The goal is profitable spend at increasing budget, not hitting a monthly CPM target.
$115 million+ in managed spend means we know what breakdowns look like before they become obvious in the reports.
Track record across $115 million+ in managed spend means we have seen what breaks at $2,500/month and what breaks at $50,000/month. Both have failure modes. Both are solvable when the data foundation is real.
Paid Social Pricing
Priced so you can plan the next quarter, not just the next meeting. The ranges below are the starting points we actually quote.
Most clients begin with flexible media budgets from around $3,000 per month and a management fee from $1,200 per month (excl. GST). These campaigns typically include creative strategy, audience testing and ongoing optimisation.
Paid social is scalable: you can start small to validate messaging and targeting, then scale confidently once results are proven.
We have run paid social for brands with creative pipelines producing dozens of Reels per month, and for SMBs testing their first $2,500 spend against a single audience. Both got the same answer to the question that matters: what are we actually spending on, and is it working.
The paid social lead you speak with is running your account. They know your creative, your audience definitions and your conversion data. The 92% retention on our book of business is the honest version of a testimonial. Call us. We will be direct about whether paid social is worth the money for you right now.
All pricing is indicative and exclusive of GST. No lock-in contracts. Month-to-month from day one.

Our longest-running clients are the ones we expanded into slowly, not aggressively. Zebra Home started with a single Google Ads campaign before upgrading to multi-channel after we proved the unit economics. Dupe Spot moved from initial Google Ads scaling into structured Meta campaigns once the Google performance justified the investment. Bathroom Sales Direct has worked with us across paid social, PPC, and SEO for multiple years. Prove the smaller piece first. Expand only when the data supports it. That is why our retention sits at 92%.

Paid social FAQs
Common questions about working with a paid social agency in Sydney. From budgets and platforms to results and reporting.
What paid social platforms do you manage?
We manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Each platform serves a different purpose in the funnel. Meta delivers scale and precision targeting for ecommerce and retargeting. TikTok excels at discovery and reaching younger audiences. LinkedIn connects you with B2B decision-makers through Lead Gen Forms and Document Ads. The best results come from combining platforms to move prospects through the entire buyer journey.
How fast can I see results from paid social?
Engagement metrics like impressions, clicks and video views typically appear within days of launch. Consistent ROI and stable cost per lead usually develop over 30 to 90 days as we test creative, refine audiences and move campaigns through learning phases.
Weeks 1 to 4 focus on launch and optimisation. Weeks 5 to 8 involve creative testing and budget shifts. By weeks 9 to 12, we scale winning combinations confidently.
How much does paid social cost in Sydney?
Most Sydney businesses invest between $3,000 and $10,000 per month in media spend, with management fees starting at $1,200 per month (excl. GST). Your total investment depends on campaign complexity, platform mix and creative requirements.
LinkedIn typically requires higher budgets due to CPMs, while TikTok can deliver strong reach at lower costs. We provide transparent, itemised proposals after your free audit.
What do you measure beyond clicks?
Clicks alone do not tell the whole story. We measure ROI, revenue, lead quality, assisted conversions and offline conversions to understand actual campaign impact.
We connect paid social to your CRM and import offline data to track which campaigns generate customers, not just leads. Our reporting focuses on business outcomes so you always know where your budget is going.
Can you integrate paid social with our other marketing channels?
Yes. Paid social works best when integrated with Google Ads, YouTube Ads and SEO. We use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and TikTok Pixel to build remarketing audiences based on site behaviour and engagement.
We integrate with your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide unified reporting showing how paid social contributes to overall performance.
What makes your paid social agency different from others in Sydney?
Three things set us apart: creative systems that scale, compliance-first campaign structures, and transparent, outcome-focused reporting.
We build testing systems that allow us to produce, test and iterate at scale. We ensure campaigns are compliant from day one. We measure ROI and revenue, not just vanity metrics. You work with a local Sydney team, own your ad accounts and have no lock-in contracts.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?
Yes. While we are based in Sydney, we work with businesses across Australia and internationally. Our campaigns reach audiences wherever they are.
That said, our Sydney expertise gives us deep understanding of local audience behaviour and competitive dynamics. We also run geo-targeted campaigns for businesses with multiple locations or franchise networks, delivering localised messaging at scale.
How do you stay ahead of platform changes?
We maintain close relationships with platform representatives at Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, giving us early access to beta features and policy updates.
We test new ad formats and placements as soon as they are available, monitor campaigns daily to catch performance shifts early, and invest in ongoing training. When major platform changes occur, we proactively update campaign structures so you are never caught off guard.
When is paid social NOT the right fit for our agency to run?
Three scenarios where we will tell you directly. First, if paid social is meant to be your only channel and you have no Google Ads, SEO or analytics history we can work from. Our edge is the cross-channel data foundation, and without it we are just another paid social shop. Second, if your monthly media budget is below $2,000. Paid social does not scale efficiently below that, and management fees eat the value. Third, if you need a creative production studio more than a media buying team. We run paid social well, we are not a content factory.
