SEO Agency in Sydney
We have ranked Sydney businesses on Google for 17 years. The clients who stay tell you more than the ones who start.
- SEO, design, and development under one roof, not 40-page briefs to your dev team
- No boilerplate SEO. Actual strategy based on what we know works for your specific industry
- Month-to-month, no lock-in, no paperwork before the first chat
Results, named clients, no lock-in
Click Click Media is the SEO agency Sydney businesses choose when they want named verifiable results, transparent pricing, and direct access to senior people. We are a Semrush Certified Agency Partner and Google Premier Partner since 2014, with 17 years of running SEO across the verticals where it actually moves revenue: ecommerce, trades, B2B, education, professional services, and franchise networks. We have seen what works in your industry, we know who your competitors are and what they are doing, and we apply that depth from week one. Your strategy is shaped by 17 years of pattern recognition, not a generic playbook.
Here is the part nobody else will say out loud. Every Sydney SEO agency homepage sounds the same. Proven methodology. Data-driven strategy. Technical excellence. We have read every competitor’s homepage. If we swapped the logos, nobody would notice. Some of our SEO clients have been with us for over a decade. They stayed through three Google core updates, the Helpful Content rollouts, and the arrival of AI search. They stayed because the work kept compounding while other agencies were still chasing the algorithm. That is not a promise. That is 17 years of evidence, going back to when keyword stuffing still worked and “mobile-first” was not yet a thing.
No lock-in contracts. No inflated retainers. No paperwork before the first conversation. We are real people, just have a chat. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that directly and point you somewhere we think is better. Whether you are scaling an ecommerce brand from Surry Hills, competing for trades work in Western Sydney, or rescuing an SEO campaign that has stopped performing, the discipline is the same. The scope is not.
What success looks like

Five named cases below across trades, childcare, pet care, national education, and ecommerce migration. Different scopes, different platforms, different verticals. Each one started with the same first question: what is actually wrong here, and is it the thing the business thinks it is?
For Hi-Craft Home Improvements, organic visibility had flatlined and trades-vertical competitors were eating their suburb keywords. The diagnosis was crawl-budget waste. Google was indexing thin tag-archive pages and skipping commercial service pages. We restructured URLs and consolidated thin pages before any rewrite. Result: +88% organic traffic growth and multiple keywords to position 1 across Sydney and the Central Coast.
For Integricare, parents searching for preschools near them could not find their centres in the local pack. The diagnosis was that the location pages were templated suburb-name swaps with no genuine local content. Exactly the pattern Helpful Content Updates target. We rebuilt every location page with parent-focused content and proper local schema. Result: +69% organic traffic growth and +23% more family enquiries.
For Woofers World, a Melbourne pet care business with a genuinely elite service was being outranked by directory aggregators on the suburb-level booking searches that drive revenue. The diagnosis was the classic “we are better in real life than online” problem: contradictory technical signals and no scalable suburb strategy. We consolidated the redirect logic, deployed local schema, and built 30+ genuine suburb pages mapped to actual booking-intent searches. Result: 1,900+ monthly organic visitors and 93% of traffic from organic search with no paid dependency.
For Aussie Home Services, split domain authority across two websites was halving the equity of every link they earned. The diagnosis was a domain consolidation problem masquerading as a content problem. We executed a complete technical migration, rewrote content across 39 core services, and consolidated authority signals onto a single domain. This was not an SEO recommendation we briefed and waited for the developer to action. We owned the migration end-to-end, including the redirect mapping, the staging validation, and the post-cutover monitoring. Result: +81% organic traffic increase in a single month.
For LiteracyPlanet, a national education brand had spread its SEO content across multiple international markets while underserving the Australian audience that was actually converting. The diagnosis was content fragmentation across geography at the expense of the most commercially valuable segment. We re-localised, restructured around the language and intent of the Australian curriculum, and built topical authority on terms parents and teachers actually search. Result: branded traffic grew 168.94%, with curriculum terms like digraph moving from invisible to position 2.4.
What this could look like for you: consistent, reliable lead flow that does not depend on monthly ad budgets. Brand presence in Google search results and in the AI Overviews and AI search engines that increasingly cite the same authority signals Google rewards. The kind of compounding organic visibility that makes SEO feel like a business asset rather than a recurring expense. The kind of growth that has historically required us to also help build the systems that handle the success.
Three years in, the work you commission today is still earning leads. That is the entire point of doing SEO well.

Who we help

Whether you are scaling an online store from Alexandria or running a service business in Parramatta, your SEO needs are different. As a full-service SEO agency in Sydney, we work with businesses across:
Our SEO agency services
Strong SEO is not a single service. It is a coordinated set of disciplines that compound when they are run by the same team and undermine each other when they are not. Our Sydney-based team delivers strategies built for every business model.

- The services compound because the same team runs them, with the same data and the same monthly review.
- Paid search conversion data feeds organic keyword priorities, even if you only run organic with us.
- Migration work is a specialism, not a side service. Ranking equity has to survive the cutover.
- Authority is editorial, slow, and earned. We do not buy links.
- If your tracking is wrong, every other SEO decision is downstream of that error.
Local SEO
Our local SEO campaigns drive map pack visibility through Google Business Profile optimisation, review generation, and suburb-specific landing pages. We help Sydney businesses get found first, from Chatswood to the Eastern Suburbs.
Ecommerce SEO
Our ecommerce SEO strategies improve product discovery and capture high-intent searches through structured data, streamlined navigation, and content designed to convert. We have run WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom platform migrations end-to-end, including the redirect mapping and staging validation work that decides whether ranking equity actually survives the cutover.
B2B SEO
Complex buyer journeys demand strategies that speak directly to decision-makers. Our B2B SEO campaigns build long-tail content assets, funnel-aligned landing pages, and authority resources that resonate with Sydney’s corporate landscape. Lead-quality feedback loops matter more than raw traffic volume.
Enterprise SEO
Large-scale websites require frameworks that scale without losing consistency. Our enterprise SEO programs cover the full operating surface across thousands of pages:
- Automation and governance: templated SEO controls, change-management workflows, and editorial guardrails that let large content teams ship without breaking site-wide consistency.
- Schema and entity systems: structured data architecture that lets Google understand your business at every page level, with maintainable templates rather than per-page implementation.
- Competitor monitoring at scale: continuous tracking of SERP movement and competitive content gaps, surfaced in monthly reports rather than discovered during quarterly reviews.
- Platform-aware architecture: WordPress, Webflow, and headless setups all sit within scope. We design SEO architectures that work with your stack, not against it.
- Internal linking at depth: programmatic internal-link strategies that distribute authority across thousands of pages without creating crawl traps.
Franchise SEO
Our franchise SEO campaigns balance consistent brand governance with hyper-local optimisation, ensuring every location achieves strong visibility. For franchise networks past 15-20 locations where complexity outgrows a standard SEO engagement, we have a dedicated platform.
Link building
Our link-building campaigns secure high-authority placements through editorial outreach, digital PR, and partnerships with Australian publishers and industry sites. If a competitor is offering you 50 backlinks for $500, that is the cheapest way to ruin a domain we have ever seen. We watched the link-buying era from the inside in the late 2000s and early 2010s. The agencies that ran those tactics aggressively are mostly not here anymore. The ones that are, are running campaigns from scratch on new domains because their original sites never recovered.
Technical SEO and audits
Our technical audits are run by people who write code for a living, not consultants who write briefs. Crawl issues, slow site speed, broken indexation, and Core Web Vitals limit growth in ways most agencies underestimate. Most SEO agencies tell you what is broken and hand the brief to your developer. We tell you what is broken and ship the fix. Our technical audits go beyond the standard 20-point Screaming Frog PDF. What we actually validate:
- Indexation against Google Search Console: not crawl-tool output. The two often disagree, and Search Console is the source of truth for what Google actually has in the index.
- Core Web Vitals on real mid-range Android devices: not on your developer’s M3 Mac. Most users are on phones older and slower than the device the site was built on.
- Rankings reconciled against actual clicks: position 5 with no clicks usually means the title and meta description are working against you, even when the keyword is visible on the SERP.
- Clicks reconciled against actual revenue: traffic without revenue is a targeting problem, not an SEO problem. Our audits catch the difference.
- Schema, redirects, canonicals, and crawl-budget allocation: the technical fundamentals most agencies say they cover and most agencies actually skim.
We work directly with our WordPress development team to implement fixes the same week they are diagnosed.
SEO content
From authority blogs to conversion-focused service pages, we produce SEO content that captures demand and builds trust. Each piece is optimised to rank, designed to engage, and refreshed when the topic moves. We do not write content for AI to rewrite. If a topic is genuinely a five-paragraph answer, the page is five paragraphs.
Tracking and analytics
We configure GA4 tracking and conversion attribution to connect organic results directly to revenue. Looker Studio dashboards consolidate Search Console, GA4, call tracking, and CRM data so every campaign is measured against business outcomes, not vanity metrics. Tracking is the work nobody asks for and the work that decides whether every other decision you make is built on real data or on noise.
Why Sydney businesses choose our SEO agency

Sydney has hundreds of SEO agencies. The differentiators that actually matter on a serious campaign are the ones that compound over time. Here are the six that define how we work.
Pattern recognition, not generic playbooks
After 17 years running SEO across most of the verticals that matter in Sydney, we have seen most of the patterns that emerge in each. We know which terms actually convert versus which ones just get traffic. We know what your competitors are doing well and where they are missing. We know the playbooks that worked five years ago and stopped working last year. You are not paying us for a playbook. You are paying for the judgment to know which playbook fits your situation.
Outcome-first strategies, not ranking screenshots
Every roadmap is tied to leads and revenue, not rankings for their own sake. Our ecommerce clients average 2-3x organic revenue growth within 12 months. Local service businesses typically see 40-60% more qualified leads. Monthly strategy calls with a senior strategist, not an account manager, ensure your campaign stays aligned with what is actually moving the needle commercially.
92% client and staff retention, multi-year clients
92% client retention. 92% staff retention. Those two numbers move together for a reason: the strategist building your roadmap in month one is the same person optimising it in year three. No handoffs. No re-briefing juniors when someone leaves. Our clients rate us 4.8 on Google from multi-year engagements, which is the only kind of review worth reading.
Senior people on your account, not juniors
The SEO lead running your account is the one reviewing your monthly reporting with you. They know your site well enough to answer any question without opening a doc. We do not have account managers as a layer between you and the work. When a ranking shift needs urgent attention or a content brief needs a face-to-face review, we respond the same day with the people doing the actual work.
Transparent ROI reporting, in plain English
Track calls, form fills, revenue, and assisted conversions alongside rankings through Looker Studio dashboards. Every monthly report includes a written summary of wins, challenges, and strategic focus for the coming month, written by the person doing the work. You should never have to interpret your own SEO report.
Semrush Agency Partner, Google Premier Partner since 2014
As a Semrush Certified Agency Partner and Google Premier Partner, we have access to enterprise-grade keyword research, site auditing, and competitive intelligence tools, plus direct relationships with Google reps for the campaigns that matter. The Premier Partner badge has been continuous since 2014 and is held by less than 3% of Australian agencies. We are 100% Australian-owned, registered as a NSW Government supplier, ABN 87 651 496 570, and operate from our Norwest office.
What 10-year SEO relationships actually look like

The reason some of our SEO clients have been with us for over a decade is not the methodology. The methodology is in the timeline below. The reason they stay is how we behave when the work gets hard. Most agency relationships break in month nine, after a Google update or an underperforming quarter or a missed call about a client’s actual business problem. Below is the part of how we operate that does not fit on a credentials slide. It is also the part that earns the next renewal, every single year.
When things go wrong, you hear it from us first
SEO is volatile by nature. Rankings move. Algorithms update. Sometimes the work we have done lands harder than expected; sometimes it lands softer. What separates a good agency from a bad one is what happens in the second scenario.
If we lose ground on a campaign, you hear it from us on the call before you see it in the report. We name what changed, what we think caused it, what we are doing about it, and what we are not doing because we think the right move is patience. We do not pad monthly reports when results are flat. We do not blame Google for everything. We do not disappear into the dashboard. The first email or call from a client about a ranking drop should never be the moment we find out about it ourselves, and on a campaign we are running properly, it never is.
Thinking past month three
The 90-day roadmap is the start, not the contract. The reason it keeps working past year one is that every quarter we surface new ground to take: a topical cluster nobody else in their vertical has built, a competitor weakness we have spotted in the SERP, a content asset that would compound into year-three traffic, an audit finding from a tool that just released a new feature.
Most agencies stop scoping new work after the initial roadmap because doing so is unbillable until the client agrees to scope expansion. We do it anyway. The hour spent identifying next quarter’s opportunity is not on the invoice, but it is the reason there is a next quarter. Strategy depth is the part of the relationship we never put a meter on.
When we miss the call, we absorb the rework
Sometimes we recommend something and the data says it did not work. A piece of content that did not earn the links we expected. A technical change that did not move rankings. A targeting decision that brought traffic but the wrong kind. When the call was ours to make and the call missed, we absorb the rework. We do not invoice the client to fix our own mistake.
That commitment costs us money some quarters. It is also the single most important reason clients stay past the first contract renewal. The implicit deal in a 10-year SEO relationship is that the agency has skin in the game on every recommendation. We are not running a billable-hours model where bad advice is as profitable as good advice. If the data tells us a recommendation underperformed, the next call starts with us naming it and proposing the fix at no extra cost.
Who we are not for
The honest version of agency selection is that good agencies decline more business than they take on. Here are the engagements we have walked away from, and why.
- Buyers looking for black-hat tactics. If you want fast rankings through link-buying, PBN networks, or AI-content-at-scale, we are not your agency. We will tell you on the first call. We have watched the agencies that ran those tactics in 2010-2012 disappear over the following decade, and we are not interested in joining them.
- Single-keyword 30-day pressure. If your business model depends on ranking #1 for one specific term in 30 days, SEO is the wrong channel. Honestly run Google Ads for that. We will tell you that directly and will not take the engagement.
- Passive vendor expectations. Our SEO leads will tell you when an idea will not work. They will push back on briefs we think are wrong. If you want a vendor who silently executes whatever you ask without engaging on the strategy, we are not the right team. The 10-year clients are the ones who wanted the pushback.
- Categories where we cannot honestly stand behind the work. Gambling, predatory lending and payday loan operators, anti-vaccine content, and multi-level marketing schemes where the revenue model is recruitment rather than product. We decline regardless of the budget. The agencies that take this work are not building businesses they will be proud of in 10 years.
- Lead-gen practices we are not comfortable scaling. Trades businesses asking us to geo-target only the affluent suburbs while excluding the rest of their stated service area. New trades operators with no body of completed work asking us to scale lead generation aggressively into vulnerable demographics. The decline is on the practice, not on the customer base. Plenty of high-end trades businesses serve their markets honourably, and plenty of trades businesses serve older customers honourably. We work with both. We just do not help businesses scam at scale.
- Buyers wanting a pure SEO consultant and PowerPoints. If your only requirement is a deep SEO-only specialist team, you might be better off elsewhere. StudioHawk runs 120+ specialists and works with national Australian brands. Prosperity Media won Best Agency in Australia at the Semrush Search Marketing Awards. Hire one of them with our genuine recommendation. Our lane is different. We do not pretend to be a 120-person SEO-only team. We are faster at the design and implementation work that turns SEO recommendations into actual results, and your developers will not need to action 40-page briefs from us, because we are the people doing the work.
Saying no to revenue is itself the proof of the commitment. Any agency can claim values on a website. The agencies whose values are real are the ones who decline budget that conflicts with them, and the ones whose values are decoration are the ones who never have to.
What our partnerships actually mean for your campaign
The badges in our footer are not decoration. Each one translates into something tangible for your campaign.
- Google Premier Partner since 2014. Direct relationships with Google reps for policy changes and beta access. Top 3% of Australian agencies.
- Semrush Certified Agency Partner. Enterprise-grade keyword research and backlink analysis tooling that replicates 4-6 hours of competitor agency manual work, every client every month.
- Shopify, HubSpot, and Klaviyo Partners. SEO architectures designed with direct platform experience, not by reading documentation for the first time on the call.
- AWIA member, NSW Government supplier. Industry-association membership and a government-vetted procurement record.
Rescuing SEO campaigns, our speciality
Not every SEO engagement starts from zero. Some start from “we used to rank for that, and now we do not.” Roughly a third of the work we take on now is rescue work, not greenfield SEO. We have rebuilt sites after every major Google algorithm update since 2008, and the diagnostic order matters more than the volume of activity. Sometimes the honest answer is that SEO is not the fix at all. The right call might be a redevelopment, a redirect strategy, or a clean rebuild. We will tell you that on the first call rather than billing 12 months of optimisation against an architecture that was always going to lose.
Common rescue scenarios:
- Failed migrations. A botched ecommerce or website migration can cost 30-70% of organic traffic. The pattern: redirect logic was mapped against the developer’s sitemap, not against actual ranking URLs in Search Console. Diagnosable in the first 14 days post-cutover; recovery costs rise sharply after 90 days.
- Post-Google-update drops. Heavy editing during the volatility period extends the dip rather than recovering it. The fix is targeted change plus patience for reprocessing, not rewriting everything at once. Patience is a craft skill in this work, and it is the one most agencies do not have.
- Stale strategies that have stopped compounding. Site is not broken, growth has flattened. The rescue here is rarely technical. Usually scope was never expanded past the original roadmap. What you need is a strategic reset, not more of the same.
- Tracking is broken before any SEO problem exists. In about 70% of audits we run on declining sites, conversion tracking is broken or undercounting. Fix the tracking first, or every other decision is built on noise.
- The site needs more than SEO. Sometimes the audit reveals the architecture itself is the problem and a redevelopment is the only honest answer. We will scope it through our own web team or refer you to a developer we trust if it is outside our wheelhouse.
What is included in our SEO packages
Our SEO programs combine technical precision, content strategy, and business-growth insight, all delivered transparently and aligned with your commercial goals.

Your SEO success timeline

SEO does not happen overnight. The 90-day roadmap is built to deliver quick wins on technical and local terms while setting the foundation for the slow, compounding work that produces the real numbers from month four onwards.
The audit nobody asked for, not the 20-point PDF.
Not the standard Screaming Frog crawl with twenty automated recommendations. A real technical and commercial audit. We check every page that drives revenue, every page that should drive revenue, and every page that is quietly sabotaging the ones above.
We validate indexation against Google Search Console, audit Core Web Vitals on a real mid-range Android device (not on your developer’s M3 Mac), reconcile rankings against actual clicks, and reconcile clicks against actual revenue. In about 70% of audits we run, the conversion tracking is broken or undercounting before any SEO problem even exists.
We document every finding before touching a single page. The diagnostic step is the hard part. The rebuild is project management. You receive a written audit document with prioritised findings, suggested fixes, and the rationale for each call. Nothing gets actioned until we have shown you the audit and you have agreed with the priority order.
Technical foundations and the roadmap you sign off.
A 90-day roadmap ranked by impact and effort, with pricing attached to each phase and the explicit line where we stop automatically and wait for your approval. No work happens past that line without a conversation.
Technical fixes ship first because they unblock everything else: crawl budget, indexation, schema, internal linking, page speed, redirect cleanup. You see the staging work. You approve what ships. Nothing goes live without a review session, and we record those sessions so the documentation matches what was actually agreed.
This is also where we tell you honestly if scope we initially proposed turned out to be unnecessary. The audit often says different things than the pitch said. When that happens we update the proposal, not the invoice. Trust is built by the agency that gives money back when scope shrinks, not by the one that quietly bills it anyway.
Content, authority, and the boring grinding work.
Priority pages rewritten or expanded based on the audit’s intent-mapping work. Foundational link-building begins: editorial, manual, slow by design, never bought. Topical clusters scoped and resourced.
You feed back here, not just at the report stage. Lead-quality reviews matter more than ranking screenshots because the only number that justifies the campaign is whether the leads we are bringing in are the leads you want. We adjust keyword priorities and content angles based on what your sales team is actually saying about lead quality.
By week 12 you should be seeing the first keyword movement on priority pages. Real revenue impact tends to show up around month four because authority signals take time to compound. Anyone promising ranking gains on commercial terms in week three is either selling you something or running tactics that will get you penalised in month nine.
Compound mode, the part nobody else scopes.
Content expansion, authority scaling, continuous optimisation. The kind of slow grinding improvement that looks boring on a monthly report and shows up as a 200% revenue lift 18 months in. This is the stage where clients typically say “why didn’t we do this three years ago.”
Monthly reports you can actually read, quarterly strategy sessions you can actually use, and a Slack channel where we answer in hours, not days. The clients who have been with us for over a decade are the ones who treated SEO as a compounding investment rather than a 90-day campaign. The architecture of the relationship matters as much as the architecture of the website.
Our track record is published here, including the multi-year SEO engagements that compounded past year three.
SEO Pricing Guide
Prices you can plan on. The ranges below are the real starting points we quote in discovery, and they are the same numbers that end up in the proposal once scope is nailed down.
Most Sydney businesses see strong growth investing from $1,500 to $2,500 per month, with packages built around your goals, competition, and current website performance. Larger ecommerce or multi-location campaigns often achieve the best results at $3,500 to $5,000 per month, where content velocity, authority growth, and technical depth combine to drive measurable ROI.
We have run SEO through 5,000-product ecommerce migrations that preserved ranking equity post-cutover, and for local trades businesses trying to rank in three postcodes. The discipline is the same. The scope is not.
You will be speaking to the SEO lead who runs your account, every month. They know your site well enough to answer any question without opening a doc. We care about the ranking still being there in year three, which is why we build toward it from week one. Tell us what is actually going on. The call costs nothing. The worst case from a chat is you waste 30 minutes. The worst case from picking the wrong SEO agency is two years of stalled growth and a legacy of bad decisions to unwind.
All pricing is indicative and excludes GST. You will receive a custom proposal for your business after your free SEO audit. Month-to-month, no lock-in, no minimum term.

SEO agency FAQs
Real questions Sydney businesses ask before signing on. If yours is not here, reach out and we will give you a straight answer.
How long does it take to see SEO results in Sydney?
Most Sydney businesses see measurable improvements within 3 to 6 months. The first 4 to 8 weeks focus on technical fixes and quick wins on local keywords. Months 2 to 4 bring impression growth and secondary rankings. Primary commercial terms typically improve from month 4 onward as link building and authority signals mature.
Anyone promising you ranking gains on commercial terms in week three is either selling you something or running tactics that will get you penalised in month nine. Real SEO compounds. The early months are foundational, not headline-grabbing.
How much does SEO cost for a Sydney business?
Most Sydney businesses invest between $1,500 and $5,000 per month depending on scope and competition. Small to medium businesses with localised service areas typically start from $1,500 to $2,500 monthly. Larger businesses and ecommerce sites usually invest $3,500 to $5,000+ monthly for more aggressive campaigns.
Every proposal is fully itemised, no hidden fees, no lock-in contracts, no minimum term. You get a custom quote after your free SEO audit. And if the audit reveals you do not need our services, we will tell you that too.
Can you fix SEO that has stopped working?
Yes. Roughly a third of the work we take on is rescue work, not greenfield SEO. Failed migrations, post-update ranking drops, strategies that worked for two years and stopped compounding, agencies whose retainer never seemed to translate into actual ranking movement.
The first move is always a structural audit answering one question: what changed? Once the diagnosis is right, the rebuild is project management. Recovery timelines vary: post-update recoveries can be 3-6 months, failed migrations are diagnosable in the first 14 days post-cutover but harder to recover after 90 days.
How do you choose which keywords to target?
We analyse your Search Console data, Google Analytics, and competitor rankings to identify revenue-driving opportunities. Critically, we also use Google Ads conversion data to identify which keywords actually drive revenue, not just traffic. We map keywords to buyer intent stages and prioritise commercial terms that indicate purchase readiness while building topical authority with supporting content.
For Sydney businesses, we layer in suburb-specific targeting because hyper-local terms convert at materially higher rates.
What is your approach to link building?
We earn high-quality, relevant links through digital PR, strategic outreach, and creating content that other sites naturally want to reference. Editorial, manual, slow by design. This includes pitching to Australian publications, guest contributions on industry blogs, and building relationships with publishers.
For local Sydney businesses, we also optimise citations and secure links from local business associations. We never buy links or use tactics that violate Google guidelines. If a competitor is offering you 50 backlinks for $500, that is the cheapest way to ruin a domain we have ever seen.
Can you help my business rank in specific Sydney suburbs?
Yes, suburb-level SEO is one of our specialities. We create dedicated landing pages for each target suburb with genuine local value, not thin keyword-stuffed pages. These address suburb-specific considerations, showcase local testimonials, and demonstrate genuine knowledge of the area.
We also optimise your Google Business Profile with suburb-specific service areas and build local citations. For franchise networks past 15-20 locations where complexity outgrows a normal SEO engagement, see our Locations Plus platform.
How is SEO different now that AI search is part of Google?
AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity, others) changes the surface but not the fundamentals. The sites that rank well in classic Google search are mostly the same ones cited in AI Overviews because both depend on the same underlying signals: topical authority, structured data, citation-worthy content, and clean technical architecture.
What changes is the shape of the SERP. Some informational queries now resolve in the AI summary without a click. Commercial queries (the ones buyers type when ready to spend) still convert through traditional results. If your SEO targets revenue-driving commercial terms, AI search has not materially changed the strategy.
Will my SEO work survive a Google algorithm update?
If the work is built on real signals, yes. Algorithm updates are designed to reward sites that match the documented quality guidelines and to penalise tactics that game the classifiers. The work that survives updates is technical foundations, genuinely useful content, real authority signals, and clean architecture.
The work that gets penalised is thin content at scale, templated location pages, link-buying, and AI-generated content with no editorial layer. We build for the next algorithm update, not the current one, which is why our clients have stayed through three core updates and the Helpful Content rollouts.
What metrics do you track and report on?
We track what matters to your business: keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, form submissions, phone calls, and revenue. Each month you receive a custom Looker Studio dashboard consolidating data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and call tracking.
Every report includes a written summary of wins, challenges, and strategic focus for the coming month, written by the person doing the actual work, not a junior account manager.
Why choose Click Click Media over other SEO agencies?
Three things set us apart: transparency, accountability, and cross-channel intelligence. You get fully itemised proposals, no lock-in contracts, and direct access to senior specialists in our Sydney office. If we are not delivering results, you can leave any time.
As a Semrush Certified Agency Partner and Google Premier Partner since 2014 with over 17 years of experience, we also run Google Ads and Paid Social in-house, so your SEO benefits from real conversion data across channels.
What if SEO is not working for my business?
We monitor performance closely and adjust strategy when needed. If rankings are not improving as expected, we diagnose the issue (technical barriers, content gaps, competitive factors, attribution problems) and pivot our approach. The agile sprint model means we can react quickly without waiting for a quarterly review.
Because we have no lock-in contracts, you are never trapped. We earn your continued partnership through results, not paperwork.
